Manage Request

Edit Request
  1. Go to app.agentforme.au
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Click the three-dot icon top right of your request
  4. Click edit

You can change all details in steps 3 and 4 for your request.

Cancel Request
  1. Go to app.agentforme.au
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Click the Cancel button on your request

Cancelling your request will remove your request from all agent’s views. Any agent engaged in chat form the cancelled request will also be removed for both you and the agent.
